To clarify the epigenetic risks attributable to Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs), we conducted multi-omic analyses of clinical samples: Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS) was used to profile the DNA methylomes of 137 Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB) samples and 158 Parental Peripheral Blood (PPB) samples; Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (ChIP-seq) was applied to characterize the histone modifications (H3K4me3, H3K4me1, H3K27me3, and H3K27ac) of 33 UCB samples; and RNA Sequencing (RNA-seq) was utilized to analyze the transcriptomes of 32 UCB samples.
