The dataset is the hydrographic data obtained from the JAMES cruise in the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea during December 2019‒February 2020. It includes the data collected by underwater glider, surface drifter, and vessel-mounted ADCP. The dataset could be used to reveal a subsurface cyclonic eddy in the southeastern Bay of Bengal.
