The objective of this study is to investigate the adjustment of the dry matter content of kitchen waste and explore the impact of inoculation with lactic acid bacteria possessing strong microorganism inhibition ability on the quality of fermentation and the dynamics of bacterial communities in fermented feeds. The study aims to assess the feasibility of LAB inoculation in the production of fermented feeds from kitchen waste and to evaluate the necessity of absolute quantification 16S rRNA sequencing when analyzing bacterial communities.
