With the Visier Data Intake Connector, simply point Visier to a dedicated Delta Share containing the people data views and tables you want to share. Visier automatically maps it to a pre-built people data model, metrics library, and predictive analytics.

**Product details**
You control what data you share with Visier via Delta Sharing. Standard data subjects include:

- Employee: Current employees of the organization, including information about Start and Exit events, and attributes describing Skills, Experience, Feedback, Goals, Compensation, Ratings and Production
- Talent Acquisition: Candidates being considered for roles in the organization, including Job Applications and their status audit trails, Requisitions requesting new hires and associated costs and skills, and Offers made to applicants including offer close events.
- Finance: Financial data associated with the organization, including Cost Centers, their hierarchies, Budget and Actuals data describing planned versus realized spend and financial attributes used to connect workforce decisions to business performance.
- Sales: Sales performance data, including Quotas, Attainment, and Pipeline attributes describing individual and team productivity, attrition risk within revenue-generating roles, and the workforce factors that influence sales capacity and commercial outcomes.

The more comprehensive the data you share with Visier, the more we are able to detect and surface valuable workforce intelligence insights.
