Diversity of aerobic granular sludge communities and metagenomic analysis

This project aims to explore the influence of environmental concentration micro-nano plastics on the granulation of aerobic granular sludge. A total of five intermittent reactors with different sequences were set up. Under the long-term stress of micro-nano plastics, sludge samples were collected from the reactor at different time points for bacterial community diversity, fungal community diversity and metagenomic analysis.
