Determining the fitness of hemizygous hybrid yeast. Saccharomyces cerevisiae

In this study we found the genome-wide effect of hemizygosity of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae x Saccharomyces uvarum hybrid by matng the deletion collection to S. uvarum. We then sequenced the barcodes after growth in chemostat media to determine the fitness of each strain.
