The dataset presented here corresponds to the research work reported in the paper entitled Highly efficient multi-chromatic Raman microlasers from cavity polygon modes on thin-film lithium niobate platform. The dataset comprises cavity coupling position mappings, optical microscope images, infrared camera images, infrared spectral datasets, the relation data of 1624 nm SRS signal power versus on-chip pump light power, top-view scattered light images, visible spectral datasets, and the measured data at 1566 nm and 781 nm wavelengths. All these data are raw experimental data directly recorded during the measurements, which were implemented in Shanghai from October to December 2025. The dataset of 1624 nm SRS signal power vs. on-chip pump light power is composed of seven independent data groups, each representing the Raman signal intensity at 1624.2 nm under a distinct pump power level. A spectrometer with a spectral resolution of 1 nm was used for visible spectrum acquisition, which introduces a maximum measurement error of 1 nm.
