Imaging data that belongs to the chapter "Quantitative imaging of calcium dynamics with a green fluorescent biosensor and fluorescence lifetime imaging"

FLIM data of the G-Ca-FLITS biosensor acquired with a Leica Stellaris The data is organized as zip files that belong to different sections of a protocols chapter. Each zip file has the raw data (.lif format) and exported data that is used in the corresponding section. Files and scripts for data analysis is available here: https://github.com/AndreaCaldarola/MMB_Quantitative_imaging_of_calcium_dynamics/ Acquisition settings and processing steps are detailed in the preprint and (when published) book chapter.
