Single-cell RNAseq data from mouse ON direction-selective ganglion cells

The goal of this study was to characterize the transcriptomes of ON direction-selective ganglion cells tuned to different directions Each sample contains sequenced mRNA from a single direction-selective ganglion cell. We focused on direction-selective ganglion cells that prefer upward or downward motion. Cells were taken at P4, P5, P7, P8, P10, and P12.
