Dataset for Analysis of zVEM authorisations

This dataset accompanies the conference paper "Storitev pooblaščanja na nacionalnem portalu za paciente zVEM: analiza uporabe in izzivi/Proxy Service on the zVEM National Patient Portal: Usage Analysis and Challenges". The dataset contains research data used to analyse the use of the proxy authorisation service on the Slovenian national patient portal zVEM. Files include: Primeri vsebine zahtevkov.txt: Author-created examples of request content intended to illustrate common user questions and situations identified during the research. These examples are for illustrative purposes only. statistika pooblastil po organizacijah.csv: Aggregated statistics of proxy authorisations entered by organisation. statistika zVEM pooblastil po mesecih.csv: Aggregated monthly statistics of proxy authorisation usage on the zVEM patient portal. The dataset was used to analyse usage patterns of the proxy service and to explore challenges related to digital inclusion and access to digital health services. The dataset does not contain personal data.
