Multi-area recordings from visual and somatosensory cortices, perirhinal cortex and hippocampal CA1

The dataset includes spiking data from four areas (V2m, S1bf, perirhinal cortex, and hippocampal CA1) recorded simultaneously in freely moving rats during a spatial navigation task with visual discrimination and memory components. Position data of the animals during the task obtained from video tracking is also provided. A more detailed overview of the experimental design and data collection process can be found in [1].
