EMDS-6

In EMDS-6, there are 21 classes of environmental microorganisms (EMs). In each calss, there are 40 EM original images and their corresponding binary groud truth images. In ground truth images, the foreground is white and background is black.在EMDS-6数据集中，共包含21类环境微生物（EMs）。每一类别下均包含40张原始环境微生物图像及其对应的二元 ground truth 图像。在 ground truth 图像中，前景为白色，背景为黑色。
