To understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms allowing MG63 osteoblastic cells to perceive, transduce and react to microgravity environment. RNAseq was used to compare MG63 cells cultured in microgravity on the ISS to MG63 cells cultured on the ISS in a “1 g centrifuge” (used as the most appropriate control).
