This dataset aggregates policy and regulatory documents, administrative penalty decisions, law enforcement explanations and relevant public official documents. It covers policy release, violation determination, penalty basis, penalty outcomes and adjacent governance-related information, and can comprehensively present the closed-loop chain of "problem discovery - problem determination - problem disposal" in internet governance. The majority of data samples are Chinese policy and penalty materials, which possess prominent characteristics of institutional documents, legal terminology and standardized expression, making them ideal for constructing high-quality governance corpora tailored for regulatory operations.
