资源简介:

This version fixes the next published-layer mechanism milestone from the Trinity computational longevity-discovery pipeline. Claims #87-#114 establish an exact operational plateau for native fracture-state admission, orthogonal replication of the target TOP3A/RMI2/CCDC69 family in the published huMAP3 confidence catalog plus raw pair table, selectivity and explicit taxonomy of the analyzable published split-family background, the absence of any coherent non-veto branch, the position of the target family as the unique saturating apex of the coherent veto branch, a strong-core decomposition in which the target family becomes the unique strong-core switch case while the only other strong-core family remains buffered away from veto collapse, a unique published preserved-partial-veto outsider-arm signature, an explicit arm-polarized switch axis in which CCDC69 remains preserved, TOP3A becomes partial, and RMI2 becomes the veto gate, a further flat-to-polarized state transition in which the target is the unique strong-core polarization amplifier while the only comparison strong-core family acts as a polarization damper, a cryptic-to-explicit hierarchy layer in which the target preserves the latent stable order RMI2 < TOP3A < CCDC69 and amplifies that same order into the fracture state while the comparison strong-core family preserves order but damps it, a stricter top-arm invariant and dual-collapse taxonomy, a permutation-rigidity law in which stable-to-fracture arm order is exact identity in 6 of 7 analyzable families with no top-arm replacement, a signed-response layer in which the target becomes the unique strong-core coherent same-coordinate contraction family while the comparison strong-core family remains mixed-sign and compensatory, and a final phase-82 response-algebra layer in which polarization gain equals the low-vs-high signed differential on every order-preserved family and every fixed-coordinate fracture response decomposes exactly into base drift, bridge excess, and gate excess. This package contains the milestone report, claim documents, phase reports, summary tables, family tables, source files, the fracture-aware generator source, and the published huMAP3 input-derived analysis outputs used for orthogonal replication and response-algebra analysis. This is a computational discovery package and not a completed causal validation study.
