This retrospective review was conducted by querying the Research Patient Data Registry for patients hospitalized in the Mass General Brigham system with Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN) from 1/1/2016 to 4/30/2024 using the International Classification of Diseases Tenth Revision billing codes L51.1-L51.3. Data were collected via manual chart review. Patients with female sex, evidence of SJS/TEN documented by dermatology, and a skin biopsy consistent with SJS/TEN were included. The suspected drug culprits for sixty-three patients with SJS/TEN are listed in Supplementary Table 1.
