Service descriptions of the authorities in Bremen

The data set contains the description of the services of the Bremen administration. Since 2010, the service descriptions and information of all Bremen authorities have been entered in a standardised central database “T-System Bürgerservice” and from there automatically transferred to the different recipients (the Landesportal Bremen.de, the individual Internet presences of the Bremen authorities, the citizens’ telephone Bremen (D115) and the application assistant to support the “Single Contact” within the framework of the EU-DLR.The service data is roughly divided into four categories: Basic information, procedures (including procedures, legal bases), costs and deadlines, as well as the relevant service.In addition to the related forms, each service description contains references to frequently asked questions and answers, in some cases provides further information and refers to similar (related) services.
