一、数据采集:收集电解铝的生产工艺信息,包括电解槽工作信息(如工作状态、电压电流、槽温、功耗等)、原料基础信息(包括下料量、原料化验值等)、针摆信息(包括针振平均值、摆动平均值、摆动严重时间、电压异常时间等)、产值信息(包括产量等)及其他基础信息(如日期等);
二、数据处理:根据采集的信息,剔除氟盐空白值和槽温<900℃的相关数据,以针摆的摆动时间和电压异常时间作为识别因子,持续时间=0min视为不严重情况,持续时间≠0min视为严重情况,分析2025年1月-2025年3月各月摆动或电压波动的严重次数、不严重次数,同时分析各电解槽的记录次数、不严重情况出现频次、占比、时间最值及平均值等。
三、数据应用:该数据分析集反映了电解槽运行状况,获得的分析数据可应用于铝锭生产制造以及预测电解槽运行情况等应用场景,保证生产稳定性、连续性,确保产量,便于电解槽维护与工作时间安排。
1. Data Collection: Collect production process information for aluminum electrolysis, including electrolytic cell operating data such as working status, voltage and current, cell temperature, power consumption, etc.; basic raw material information including feeding amount, raw material test results, etc.; anode needle oscillation information including average needle vibration amplitude, average oscillation amplitude, severe oscillation duration, voltage abnormality duration, etc.; output value information including production output, etc.; and other basic information such as date, etc.;
2. Data Processing: Based on the collected data, eliminate fluoride salt blank values and relevant records with cell temperature below 900℃. Use the anode needle oscillation duration and voltage abnormality duration as recognition factors: cases with duration equal to 0 minutes are regarded as non-severe situations, while cases with duration not equal to 0 minutes are regarded as severe situations. Analyze the monthly counts of severe and non-severe oscillation or voltage fluctuations from January 2025 to March 2025. Meanwhile, analyze the total record counts, frequency of non-severe occurrences, proportion, extreme duration values, and average values for each electrolytic cell, etc.;
3. Data Application: This analytical dataset reflects the operating status of electrolytic cells. The obtained analytical data can be applied to scenarios such as aluminum ingot production and electrolytic cell operation prediction, to ensure production stability and continuity, secure production output, and facilitate electrolytic cell maintenance and work schedule arrangement.
