PCR Amplicon sequences of the V4-V5 region from 16S rRNA. All samples are derived from IODP Expedition 360. 33 core samples are from Hole U1473A. In addition, there are 48 samples from nutrient addition incubation experiments using 12 samples from Hole U1473A and also 8 experimental blanks/negative controls for the nutrient addition incubation experiments. PLEASE NOTE - This dataset contains all the raw data from the sequencing facility.
