A transmission electron micrograph of a representative untreated chc1 mutant cell. CHC1 encodes clathrin heavy chain, which trimerizes to form triskelia that coat vesicles. chc1 mutant cells exhibit a vacuolar fragmentation phenotype. (8,000X). CIL 40415 is a sertraline treated chc1 mutant cell.
