资源简介:
This study aimed to generate a high-quality, chromosome-scale genome assembly of Tetramorium tsushimae, a temperate ant species of ecological and evolutionary significance. By combining Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing with Pore-C chromatin conformation data, we achieved a highly contiguous assembly anchored into 13 chromosome. Comprehensive gene prediction was performed using RNA-seq data and validated through functional annotation. This genome resource provides a valuable reference for comparative genomics within Formicidae and facilitates future studies on ant social behavior, adaptation, and genome evolution.
