This dataset supports the study “Shenfu Injection Attenuates Sepsis-Induced Myocardial Apoptosis in Mice via the NLRP3/NETs Signaling Pathway.” We hypothesized that Shenfu Injection protects against sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy by inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome and neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation. The dataset contains survival records, echocardiographic parameters (LVEF, FS), serum and tissue ELISA measurements (NLRP3, CitH3, TNF‑α, MPO), histopathology (H&E) and immunohistochemistry images (Bax, Bcl‑2, cTnI, NF‑κB, TNF‑α), immunofluorescence micrographs (Bax/cTnI), western blot densitometry for NLRP3 pathway and apoptosis proteins, and raw RNA‑sequencing data with KEGG enrichment results. Key findings show that high‑dose Shenfu Injection significantly improves survival and cardiac function, reduces inflammatory and NETosis markers, and downregulates NLRP3/ASC/Caspase‑1 and pro‑apoptotic protein expression. The data should be interpreted in the context of a controlled CLP‑induced sepsis mouse model; comparisons across treatment groups were performed using one‑way ANOVA with significance set at p < 0.05.
