This dataset contains:
The DNA samples from Mine A, Mine B, Mine C, Mine D and Mine C enrichment culture were sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq Sequencer (Illumina, USA) at the Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics, UNSW Sydney, Australia, using the next-generation sequencing, with the primers (27F/519R) targeting 16S rRNA regions V1-V3. 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences were analyzed with QIIME2. The full-length 16S rRNA gene sequence of DNA from samples Mine E, Mine F, Mine G-Bolt and Mine G-Resin were sequenced using the Oxford-Nanopore platform. The Oxford Nanopore cloud-based platform EPI2ME was used for the data analysis and management of the sequencing data.MiSeq data includes forward and reverse read sequences of samples.Nanopore sequencing data includes demultiplexed sequence reads.Statistical analyses conducted in this study.
