To investigate the anti-Candida albicans mechanism of chelerythrine, Caenorhabditis elegans was employed as a model organism. Transcriptomic sequencing (RNA-seq) was conducted to analyze differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between chelerythrine-treated and untreated control groups under C. albicans infection. Functional annotation and pathway enrichment analysis were subsequently performed on the identified DEGs.
