资源简介:
This dataset is the associated data of the article “Simulation analysis of effectiveness of deep dielectric charging in ground tests" published in Acta Physica Sinica. The data set includes: (1) Table 1 Physical properties of dielectric materials - Physical parameters of commonly used satellite dielectric materials obtained from ESA's Spenvis; (2) Figure 2 GEO harsh environment electron energy spectrum and 90Sr-90Y radiation source electron energy spectrum distribution and different energy electrons corresponding to Al and Teflon range - Geosynchronous orbit (GEO) environment electron energy spectrum obtained from NASA-HDBK-4002 and ECSS-E-ST-10-04C documents, and the electron energy spectrum at a vertical distance of 9 cm of the strontium source of the National Space Science Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences obtained by Geant4 software simulation, and the range data of aluminum and Teflon materials corresponding to different energy electrons calculated by the Weber range empirical formula; (3) Figure 3. Relationship between the radiation charging effect of each electron energy spectrum of Teflon with the same beam intensity under different aluminum shielding and the dielectric thickness - Data of the maximum electric field of charging equilibrium simulated by the DCITAT program; (4) Figure 3. The relationship between the charging effect of Teflon under different aluminum shielding and the dielectric thickness of each electron energy spectrum radiation at the same beam intensity - the charging equilibrium maximum electric field data simulated by the DCITAT program; (5) Figure 4. The relationship between the current density and resistivity of the sub-region n and the dielectric thickness of unshielded Teflon under the radiation of each electron energy spectrum at the same beam intensity - the flow current density and total resistivity data of the sub-region n during the charging process simulated by the DICTAT program; (6) Figure 5. Comparison of the charging effect of Teflon under three monoenergetic beam electron conditions and GEO environmental electron radiation cabin surface, cabin and single machine - After determining the optimal monoenergetic electron beam conditions for the experiment through the beam selection method, the DICTAT program is used to simulate the equilibrium maximum electric field data of Teflon materials irradiated under the optimal experimental electron conditions and GEO electron conditions; (7) Figure 6. Comparative relationship between the charging effects of 8 dielectric materials under monoenergetic beam electron conditions and GEO environmental electron radiation - The DICTAT program was used to simulate the equilibrium maximum electric field data of commonly used satellite materials in Table 1 under the preferred experimental electron conditions and GEO electron conditions, and the data were compared.
