RNA-seq of salicylic acid elicitation during cultivation of the peppermint plant

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of salicylic acid (0 and 2 mM) during peppermint cultivation on the transcriptional profiling. Previous results showed that SA-treated peppermint infusions decreased serum glucose levels and increased serum insulin levels in diabetic rat liver.
