AlphaFold 3 predictions of DsrMKJOP, DsrMK, and NarGHI

Structural models of the DsrMKJOP, DsrMK, and NarGHI complexes were predicted using the AlphaFold 3 server. For each prediction, five structures were generated from a single random seed, provided in CIF format. The corresponding confidence metrics for each prediction are reported in accompanying JSON files. The source organisms of the input sequences are indicated in the names of the deposited files. These data files are included as part of the Supplementary Information for the paper "Structural basis of trisulfide reduction and energy conservation in DSR metabolism".
