Intact spermartozoa are those not stained and thus represent spermatozoa with completely intact membranes. YoPro+ are early apoptotic sperm depicting an increase in sperm membrane permeability, YoPro+/Eth+ are late apoptotic and Eth+ are necrotic spermatozoa.
