Salmo salar Transcriptome_ Raw sequence reads

This BioProject investigates the transcriptome response Atlantic salmon head kidney to melanin exposure over a time course. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed on head kidney tissue collected from 30 individual fish, comprising 3 biological replicates per group (control and melanin-treated) across five different time points post-exposure. The dataset includes a total of 15 control samples and 15 treated samples.
