Dataset corresponding to the associated publication, "A Missing Piece of the E-Region Puzzle: The Need for High-Resolution Photoionization Cross Sections and Solar Irradiance in Models." The dataset includes high-resolution photoionization and photoabsorption cross section for O and N<sub>2</sub> as well as high-resolution solar spectrum. Photoionization rates from model runs obtained from AURIC and the Meier photoionization code are also included. Please refer to the readme for information on the data structure. <strong>***Please note that the paper is under review and has not been accepted yet.***</strong>
