LC/MS analysis of the unmodified and covalently modified oligoarabinosides released from the LAM of <i>Mtb</i> CDC1551 WT, the <i>sucT</i> mutant and the complemented <i>sucT</i> mutant upon <i>Cellulomonas gelida</i> endoarabinanase digestion.

Shown in bold letters are the relative percentages of total (including, unmodified and covalently modified) Ara4, Ara5 and Ara6 oligoarabinosides released upon Cellulomonas gelida endoarabinanase digestion of LAM from the different strains and the individual representation (expressed as percentages) of unmodified and covalently modified oligoarabinosides within each group.
