Here, we performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis from ameloblastoma patients (n=3). The metabolic landscape of different cell types was analyzed based on metabolic pathway gene sets. Surprisingly, hypoxia correlates with both oxidative phosphorylation and glycolysis activity at single-cell level in tumor cells of amelablastoma. Overall design: Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis of ameloblastoma (n=3) was performed and the metabolic genes were explored in tumor cells and stromal cells.
