Familiarity preferences in zebrafish (Danio rerio) depend on shoal proximity

This repository contains data on shoaling behaviour by zebrafish (Danio rerio) in laboratory two-choice shoaling tests with familiar and unfamiliar stimulus shoals of conspecific fish, and the R code used to analyse the data.
