PRISMA checklist and flow chart

This dataset accompanies a systematic review and meta-analysis conducted according to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The study evaluates the incidence and perioperative risk factors associated with postoperative infectious pneumonia (PIP) among adult patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), heart valve surgery, and thoracic oncologic surgeries.
