FSR Ownership Links and Enhanced EUTL Dataset

The European Union Emission Trading Scheme (EU ETS) dataset was created by a team of researchers at the Florence School of Regulation in the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, European University Institute: J. Jaraite; T. Jong; A. Kažukauskas; A. Zaklan; A. Zeitlberger. The dataset maps Operator Holding Accounts (OHA) and Person Holding Accounts (PHA) from the European Union Emissions Trading System (EU-ETS) to their respective parent companies.
