SciLifeLab Data Platform

The SciLifeLab Data Platform collates tools, databases, information, and other resources that can be useful to researchers and data-producing facilities working in the area of data-driven life science. We have two collections; services and resources. Services include tools and databases, as well as other things that can be used directly in research. Resources include collections of information around a given topic to data-driven life science. The Platform was originally soft-launched in 2022, and a formal launch took place in 2023. We continue to add features and content in consultation with the community. We have multiple sections dedicated to community building. For example, we have data-centric summaries of data-driven life science research that shares data and/or code. We also list relevant events, jobs, and funding.

SciLifeLab数据平台（SciLifeLab Data Platform）汇聚了面向数据驱动型生命科学领域研究者及数据生产机构的各类实用工具、数据库、资讯及相关资源。该平台下设两大核心板块：服务与资源。其中服务板块涵盖可直接用于科研工作的工具、数据库及其他相关资源；资源板块则围绕数据驱动型生命科学的特定主题，整合各类专题资讯集合。该平台于2022年首次软启动上线，并于2023年正式发布。我们持续在与社区磋商协作的基础上，新增平台功能与内容资源。平台设有多个服务于社区建设的专区。例如，平台推出以数据为核心的数据驱动型生命科学研究综述，用于分享研究数据与（或）代码。同时平台还收录相关学术活动、招聘岗位与资助项目信息。
