The data contains Illumina 450k/EPIC array methylation files from 104 patients of the NOA-08 study comparing temozolomide alone vs. radiotherapy in elderly patients with glioblastoma Out of the 373 patients included in the NOA-08 study, tissue for biomarker analysis was available in 104 patients. PPFE tissue was used to characterize methylation profiles of these patient tumors with 450k/EPIC arrays
