MVCO V4 amplicon time series

To provide insight into coastal plankton dynamics, we sequenced the V4 region of the 18S rRNA gene for the eukaryotic assemblage present in surface seawater samples from the Martha's Vineyard Coastal Observatory (MVCO) on the New England Shelf. This project is a continuation of a time series presented in a previous submission (Accession PRJNA504617) and is part of the Northeast U.S. Shelf Long Term Ecological Research effort to investigate diversity and change in the region's planktonic community.
