Digital Intervention

This dataset was collected as part of an experimental study examining the effects of online group discussions on interpersonal trust and sensitivity to injustice. It includes pre- and post-intervention questionnaire responses from 201 participants who were randomly assigned to one of three group conditions. The dataset contains anonymized participant-level data on psychological variables (e.g., interpersonal trust, sensitivity to injustice, team satisfaction), sociodemographic information, and condition assignment. The purpose of this dataset is to support transparency.
