Using a CAPRIN1-based RNA immune-precipitation sequencing (RIP-seq) analysis, with G3BP1-based RIP-seq as a control, we profiled SG-associated mRNA contents in control and SPOP-OE U2OS cells (SG induced condition: sodium arsenite 300uM 1 hr treatment). Inputs of each condition are collected in RNA-seq. There were two biological repeats in each condition and they showed high correlations.
