资源简介:
Hepatic transcriptomics is a field of study that investigates the expression patterns of genes in the liver and their relationship with physiological and pathological states. Hepatic transcriptomics provides information on gene expression levels in the liver under specific environmental conditions, thereby facilitating an understanding of the functions of different genes and their involvement in physiological processes or disease mechanisms. It can employ methods such as high-throughput gene sequencing and microarray technology to obtain information on global gene expression. By analyzing transcriptomic data, interactions and regulatory networks among massive genes can be identified, and specific genes associated with liver diseases can be sought and their functions or disease relevance validated using genetics, molecular biology and other techniques.
