Time Series of Photosynthesis Parameters Inferred from Three Decades of Marine Primary Production Measurements

This repository contains data and code used in the manuscript which is currently under review:Kovač, Ž., Kovač, A., Vojković, M., Ćatipović, L., Bačeković Koloper, M., Sathyendranath, S. (under review). Inverse model inferred time series of photosynthesis parameters from three decades of primary production measurements. Journal of Geophysical Research: Oceans. The raw data from which the analysis were done are available on the official websites of the Hawaii Ocean Time-series (HOT) and the Bermuda Atlantic Time-series Study (BATS). Data in this repository containt the following: in-situ primary production profiles, in-situ chlorophyll profiles, attenuation coefficients and surface irradiance. The data are structured as a time series, with missing data flagged. There are two Jupyter notebooks for each station: one for chlorophyll analysis and the other for primary production analysis. Data and codes for each station are provided in a separate .rar file. To use it simply extract the files from the archive and run the code. Please contact zkovac@pmfst.hr for additional information.
