aSustained response was defined as a decrease in CDAI score from baseline (last non missing value before the first dose in the Induction period) ≥70 at Week 16 and no loss of the response during the 36-week Maintenance period. Loss of clinical response was defined as a CDAI score increase at any visit after the Week 16 visit of ≥70 from the Week 16 value and an absolute CDAI value of >250, or the need for intervention after Week 16.
