<b>Standing genetic variation and introgression shape the cryptic radiation of </b><b><i>Aquilegia </i></b><b>in the mountains of Southwest China</b>

This repository contains source data, scripts and workflows used to explore the genomic mechanisms underlying the rapid formation of cryptic diversity in <i>Aquilegia</i> species from the Southwest China. The project is divided into six main parts, covering the filtered SNP datasets, results of betascan, window-based <i>f</i>_d, genomic diversity and divergence, protein structure and source data.
