Quantitative Cerebellar MRI in Anti-Yo Paraneoplastic Cerebellar Degeneration and Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 1 This repository contains fully anonymised NIfTI brain MRI volumes and derivative morphometric outputs that support the study “Spatial analysis of paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration in ovarian cancer with anti-Yo antibody positivity”. The images were converted from the original DICOM files and processed with the CERES module of the volBrain pipeline (https://volbrain.upv.es). What’s inside Raw-space, bias-corrected T1-weighted NIfTI images (after volBrain pre-processing) Anti-Yo PCD patients (n = 11) SCA1 patients (n = 17) Healthy controls from IXI (n = 17) CERES cerebellar lobular segmentations (NIfTI label map) CSV tables: lobular volumes, cortical thickness, demographics Provenance & ethics SCA1: recruited at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital (Paris) Nov 2011–Dec 2015 within the BIOSCA trial (ClinicalTrials.gov NCT01470729; ID-RCB 2010-A01324-35) Anti-Yo PCD: recruited at the same centre 2008–2017 Ethical approval: Comité de Protection des Personnes Île-de-France VI (AOM10094, Ref 105-10); all participants gave written informed consent Controls: anonymised scans from the public IXI dataset (EPSRC “Information eXtraction from Images,” GR/S21533/02, CC BY-SA 3.0) Licence Because the control images are derivatives of IXI data (CC BY-SA 3.0), this entire dataset is released under the compatible Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence.
