This dataset consists of educational operation statistics collected by the Zhanjiang Municipal Bureau of Education for the 2018–2022 academic years, with the statistical reference date fixed as September 1, 2018. It mainly covers the total number of full-time teachers in regular primary and secondary schools and their compliance with statutory academic qualification requirements. The dataset allows for the calculation of the proportion of fully qualified teachers among all full-time teaching staff, and can be used as indicators for educational condition guarantee and educational quality assessment. It can be provided to policy-making departments to formulate teacher team development plans, as well as to education supervision departments for educational monitoring and evaluation.
