资源简介:
Many studies have shown that interactions within microbial combinations could be more enrichment of some beneficial microorganisms and more efficiently control plant diseases than a single inoculate. The combined use of Streptomyces sp. WL3 and Bacillus sp. CYI significantly improved the control efficacy on tomato bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia, increased the relative abundance of potentially beneficial bacterial genera and reduced the relative abundance of the Ralstonia in the rhizosphere soil. However, the application of Streptomyces and Bacillus combinations to forestry diseases has not been reported yet.The purpose of this research is to screen the best combination by testing the biocontrol efficacy of different consortium of Streptomyces and Bacillus on damping off disease of pine seedling and monitor the changes of soil microbiome after Streptomyces and Bacillus single and co inoculation.
