Soil bacterial community of pot experiment

DNA extraction of pot experiment of the manuscript "Isolation and screening of high-potential potassium solubilizing bacteria and their effects on nutrient acquisition and growth promotion in tobacco seedlings".The greenhouse experiment consisted of 5 treatments, namely: 1) No additional microorganisms (BT), 2) Bacillus mucilaginosus (RT) regarded as the reference microorganism, 3) Paenibacillus sp. (SKL51), 4) Klebsiella oxytoca (SKT41), and 5) Enterobacter hormaechei (PTG11).
