Redside Dace RNA-seq and CTmax Experiment

These tables represent supplemental results for the manuscript "Acute thermal stress elicits interactions between gene expression and alternative splicing in a fish of conservation concern". See the preprint for full methods and results: https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.02.20.481219 In abbreviations used in the data tables, C refers to the CTmax group, W refers to the wild group, and H refers to the handling group. For example, the abbreviation "CvH.logFC" would refer to log2-fold changes for the CTmax vs handling groups, where positive values would represent greater relative expression in the CTmax group. Differential gene expression is abbreviated as DGE, while differential exon usage is abbreviated as DEU.
