RNA-seq of PEDV Infection in IPEC-J2 Cells

In this study, PEDV infected IPEC-J2 cells to obtain Transcriptome data, in which Vero cell stably expressing TMPRSS2 and Vero cell added exogenous trypsin were used to proliferate viruses, and the two viruses infected IPEC-J2 cells were compared with IPEC-J2 cells. The results showed that Vero cell stably expressing TMPRSS2 could be used as a good tool, and the differences between the virus and the control provided by the same results were similar to those reported. This study mainly observed the significant differences of lipid related genes such as ACSL4, SLC27A2, and LRP2.
